Job Summary - Senior Project Controls Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager who provides senior leadership and strategic oversight of Project Controls, with a strong focus on risk management, integration, and performance assurance across the full project lifecycle. The role ensures robust alignment between risk, cost, schedule, and performance controls to support informed decision‑making and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and continuously improve Project Controls and Risk Management frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards and best practice.
  • Own and maintain WBS, CBS, and RBS structures aligned to project strategy and reporting.
  • Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities, including qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.
  • Ensure effective integration of planning, cost, estimating, and risk systems, including Primavera P6.
  • Oversee change control, trend analysis, and baseline integrity, identifying emerging risks and corrective actions.
  • Produce clear, high-quality risk and performance reporting for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to Project Controls and Risk team members.
