We are seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join the Faculty's professional services team. This is a particularly dynamic time for the University, as we implement a new student record management system—making it an ideal moment to step into a leadership role. You will play a key part in supporting student administration within the School of Psychology, helping to shape and enhance the student experience during this period of transformation.
You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and effective management of the administration team, working collaboratively with Senior Academics and administrative colleagues across various grades. Your role will focus on supporting the delivery of professional programmes, with particular emphasis on curriculum management, maintaining accurate student records and assessment data, and servicing committees and meetings.
You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the student experience, resolve assessment-related issues, and analyse data for contract monitoring and reporting purposes. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role, which also involves contributing to the wider Faculty Registry team.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
