Senior Production Operative

Full-time, permanent
Salary: up to 35,000 per annum
Location: Tewkesbury

Would you like to work for a growing medical device organisation? Are you an experienced production operative with cleanroom experience?

Thomas Professional are delighted to be exclusively supporting a leading medical device organisation in the recruitment for a Senior Production Operative to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire production process of implants, including cutting and sewing fabric, packaging, sterilizing, and shipping the final product. A portion of work will take place in a clean manufacturing area within the facility.
• Ensure all manufacturing documentation is completed and stored correctly
• Communicate with customers and distributors to process orders and patient data
• Monitor equipment and alert the Production Manager to maintenance or supply needs
• Work with the team on continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Focused, positive, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong attention to detail and high level of conscientiousness
• Comfortable working effectively within a small team
• Cleanroom experience
• Confidence in sewing and using a sewing machine or willingness to learn
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good computer literacy for data input, filing patient data, and manipulating digital images

Additional Notes

In return, the client offers an annual salary of up to 35,000 per annum. This is a full-time permanent position.
