Job Overview

We are currently working with a well established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Senior Production Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri days hours.

This role would suit an Operations Manager/Manufacturing Manager or an experienced Production Manager looking for their next step up into senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams, delivering and outputting high efficiency, quality & food safety standards and cost saving where possible.
• Drive CI and modern manufacturing standards across a fast paced, high volume site.
• Drive H&S, support internal & external audits, coach and develop team leaders and set up a progressive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within a fast paced, high volume food manufacturer, ideally overseeing teams of (Apply online only)+ reports and confidence to motivate, challenge and desire to expand the factories capabilities.
