This is a high-impact role at the heart of Fospha’s product marketing engine. You’ll own the loop from product to market — building launch plans, activating cross-functional teams, and tracking success metrics from awareness through to adoption. You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Executive to ensure our go-to-market strategy is tight, feedback loops are fast, and every launch drives measurable business outcomes.
You’ll be the glue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS — ensuring every product release is well-communicated, well-measured, and well-adopted
Go-to-Market & Launch Execution
Build and manage go-to-market plans for all new products and major releases, activating cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent delivery, messaging alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Adoption & Insight Loop
Define success metrics with Product Managers (e.g. feature adoption, time-to-value, satisfaction), systematise insight capture, and build structured feedback routes between CS, PMM, and Product to inform roadmap priorities and enablement content.
Enablement & Process Excellence
Create and maintain enablement assets (product decks, one-pagers, playbooks, FAQs), standardise the launch-to-adoption process with validation checklists and post-launch reviews, and drive accountability across teams for release hygiene.
Messaging & Market Readiness
Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to refine positioning and messaging, translate complex capabilities into simple customer stories, and contribute to education on model confidence and transparency.
Performance Tracking & Communication
Maintain visibility of success metrics from launch through to adoption, publish clear adoption and trend summaries, and share updates with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Exec teams to shape future GTM priorities.
