A multinational banking and financial services corporation is seeking a Product Manager for the GSF desk. The role focuses on developing and optimizing products across repo trading and securities financing. Ideal candidates will possess 7–10 years of banking/finance experience and strong knowledge of collateral management and regulatory frameworks. The position involves collaboration across various teams to enhance liquidity and efficiency, promising a dynamic and diverse work environment.
The Financial Markets (FM) business provides clients access to global capital markets through trading and risk management solutions. The Global Securities Financing (GSF) desk manages short-term funding, collateral optimisation, and liquidity. It specialises in repo trading, securities financing, and equity lending to support market efficiency and client financing needs.
The FMGT Tribe is the change delivery department for Financial Markets (FM’) and Group Treasury (‘GT’). Its purpose is to deliver scalable, reliable and compliant end-to-end products and services to our business stakeholders and clients. As Product Manager on the GSF desk, you will develop and optimize products across repo trading, securities financing, and collateral management. Collaborate with trading, sales, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance liquidity and balance sheet efficiency. Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory frameworks is essential.
