Qualifications

  • Ability to generate insights into user behavior using product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Turn complex event data into meaningful business metrics reflecting real-world customer behavior.
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to create accessible dashboards and enable self-serve analytics.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on event tracking and documentation strategy.
  • Set up monitoring and alerting for significant data shifts.
