We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Audio Producer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. Overseeing multiple Dolby Atmos theatres for both theatrical and near-field mixing, you will manage the day to day running of the department: coordinating the staff mix technicians and in-house mix/editorial talent, scheduling, and acting as the main point of call for clients and freelance sound creatives.
In addition to this, you will work alongside the sales team and in-house creative talent to identify new business and be responsible for building relationships with both external sound talent and post-supervisors for the future growth of the department.
Highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to motivate and manage a team of artists, this individual will also be extremely organised and expected to execute multiple projects in various stages of completion simultaneously.
