We’re hiring a Senior Procurement Manager (EMEA) to lead strategy and supplier performance across a key direct materials category for a global market leader. This is your chance to drive real impact — from negotiations and cost savings to sustainability and innovation.

You’ll partner closely with engineering and operations, manage complex stakeholders, and influence decisions across a global, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and supplier performance for a key direct materials category in EMEA.
• Partner with engineering and operations; manage complex stakeholders; influence decisions across a global, matrixed organisation.
• Drive negotiations, cost savings, sustainability, and innovation within the category.
• Own the category end-to-end with global reach, balancing cost, quality, and risk.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years’ direct procurement & category management experience (industrial, datacenter, or consumer electronics ideal)
• Proven track record of cost savings and commercial results
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or iCertis

Contract Details

• PAYE Contract
