A rapidly growing boutique consultancy – recognised for delivering procurement transformation across government, NHS, transport, and engineering – is expanding its team and looking for ambitious Procurement Consultants at multiple levels.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and support end-to-end procurement programmes across the public and regulated sectors, including NHS trusts, central government, transport, and infrastructure.
  • Design and deliver sourcing strategies that don’t just reduce costs but also improve resilience, sustainability, and supplier performance.
  • Provide trusted advisory expertise on procurement transformation, supplier negotiations, category management, and compliance with the new Procurement Act.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across policy, commercial, and operational teams – helping them achieve meaningful savings and long-term value.
What We’re Looking For
  • Public sector knowledge highly desirable – whether from central government, NHS, local authorities, or wider regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with the Procurement Act – training provided if not yet implemented in practice.
  • Evidence of delivering measurable cost savings, efficiencies, or improved outcomes.
  • Innovative thinkers who can challenge traditional approaches and introduce best practice.
  • Consultancy experience is welcome but not essential – we value real-world impact and transferable skills.
