• 9+ years’ PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical grounding across estate planning, trusts, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.
• Confident running your own caseload while supervising junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Advising on estate and succession planning.
• Working on family investment companies and partnership structures.
• Drafting complex Wills.
• Handling estate administration for high-value estates.
