In this role As a Business Analyst You will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete technology on-boarding processes for a Trade Surveillance solution.
• Providing guidance and support for company projects and initiatives
• Working with Stakeholders to implement technology solutions to their requirements on Surveillance platforms.
• Data analysis and production of technical documentation formulating testing approaches test plans and cases.
• Regular updates to senior stakeholders
• Supporting business users with user acceptance testing.
• Presentation of results to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• BE / B Tech / MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Business Analyst background
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Good product knowledge : FX OTCs Swaps Derivatives Bonds ETDs and Cash Equity
• Experience of working in a FO domain
• Good experience in Surveillance Compliance Risk Controls or similar
• Good knowledge in Regulatory needs
• SME in Compliance / Trade Surveillance solutions
• Wholesale or Commercial banking background
• Experience in Actimize SMARTS(NTS)Mantas etc(anyone or more)
• Good understanding of business change and software development life cycles
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent inter personals skills
• Ability to communicate across levels of seniority
• Strong MS Office skills
• Self-starter who is proactive and driven
• Good relationship and experience of dealing with regulatory bodies
