Job description

As a Senior Pricing and Revenue Manager, you will set the strategic direction for the company's global pricing agenda, driving alignment between brand equity, profitability, and market competitiveness. You will lead global pricing governance and monitoring, establish data-driven processes and architectures, and collaborate across regions to harmonize price strategies. Your work will enable consistent pricing execution, informed decision-making, and sustainable value creation across markets. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working out of our London, Amersfoort or Darmstadt offices.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the company's global pricing strategy to balance brand equity, competitiveness, and profitability, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand priorities across all regions/markets
  • Establish and oversee global pricing governance and processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across regions and product categories
  • Build global visibility on competitive pricing performance and translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for price adjustments and commercial decisions
  • Develop and maintain a global pricing toolkit that equips regional teams with data-driven frameworks, dashboards, and models to support local pricing decisions
  • Partner with regional and brand teams to align pricing strategies with market dynamics and customer behaviours, ensuring a coherent global approach
  • Own and lead pricing input across the stage-gate process, ensuring pricing strategies are embedded early in product and initiative decisions to maximize value creation, profitability, and market fit

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Economics/Analytics) preferred
  • Proven experience (5+ years) with pricing, revenue growth management, or commercial strategy within a global or multi-market organization
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C pricing principles, elasticities modelling and value-based pricing
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience leading global pricing governance processes and driving alignment across regional and brand stakeholders
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders; ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
