A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Head of Pricing to develop and implement pricing strategies impacting both online and offline sales. The successful candidate will lead pricing decisions, manage pricing models, and analyze market trends to optimize profitability. Candidates should have demonstrated success in pricing roles within complex commercial settings and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role is pivotal to achieving the client’s growth aspirations.
As Head of Pricing you will work closely with the senior management team and the Commercial team to develop and implement appropriate pricing strategies across the business, both online and offline. You will lead the Pricing strategy, drive price and margin decisions and take an instrumental role in shaping promotional activity to help our client achieve its growth ambitions.
You will also be responsible for coordinating pricing activities and developing, maintaining and continually enhancing pricing models and tools in order to deliver maximised profitable sales and to provide customers with consistent and competitive pricing options and arrangements.
