A local government organization is offering a full-time Senior Practitioner position in the Older Adults & Physical Disabilities Team in Banchory, Scotland. The role involves supporting a team in assessing complex needs and delivering services to vulnerable adults. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Senior Practitioner in the Older Adults & Physical Disabilities Team covering the Deeside & Upper Marr area of Aberdeenshire.
Provide day-to-day support to a team of professionals and support staff by contributing to the assessment of complex needs and service requirements, managing service delivery and contributing directly to the development and improvement of service provision to vulnerable adults, their families and carers.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
