Overview

Fantastic opportunity not to be missed at this outstanding Top 50 law firm with a major regional presence, which is now looking to expand its Planning & Development team in the regions. They are seeking a Solicitor with at least 5 Years\' PQE to join as a Principal Associate, Legal Director or Partner and take a significant role within the national Planning team.

The existing team is split nationally, but they are keen to establish a bigger presence and are open to growing the team from any of their regional offices, so there will be scope for you to take a lead on growth within your office & team.

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad range of planning work including non-contentious legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPO, highways / public rights of way, planning strategy and new town advice.


• The department acts for local government & social housing clients, individuals, large private and charitable estates, as well as retail operators.


• There is a considerable amount of CPO & Land Tribunal work that can be dealt with too.

Qualifications & Experience

• Solicitor with at least 5 years\' PQE.


• Senior level consideration for Principal Associate, Legal Director or Partner.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary banding is wide; circa £80,000 at the lower end. In addition to a fantastic basic, there will be an additional bonus scheme and flexibility on offer that includes hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days at home.
