• Solid experience within the UK planning system, preferably in consultancy or a commercial local authority role.

Responsibilities

• Managing and contributing to planning applications, appeals, and pre-application submissions.
• Providing sound planning advice to clients, landowners, and developers.
• Leading or supporting project teams and coordinating with consultants.
• Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders.
• Assisting with business development and client relationship management (Associate level).
