Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Exeter, (or our other offices in Birmingham, Cardiff or London) with flexibility for some remote work, for a Senior Planner. The Senior Planner will be responsible for leading planning projects, developing planning strategies and policies, preparing planning applications, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The Senior Planner will also provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff members while ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the town planning sector
