You will play a crucial role in shaping our technical landscape, driving innovation, and using cutting-edge technology alongside passionate and talented individuals who share your enthusiasm. This role is a remote-first position, open to UK residents only.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust PHP code to build new features of varying complexity.
• Investigate and resolve complex bugs and maintain and refactor existing codebases.
• Offer assistance on technical support queries.
• Share your knowledge and experience with the development team through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Consider and implement security and performance best practices in all code you produce.
• Enhance the user experience by making thoughtful suggestions and improvements to projects.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• 5+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with a deep understanding of various development approaches and design patterns.
• Proficiency in automated testing (PHPUnit, feature tests, etc.).
• High standards and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
