Job summary

A leading holiday property company in the UK seeks a People Business Partner to enhance employee experience and support organisational change. You will lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle and ensure seamless TUPE transitions. The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, particularly in a scaling environment and a strong understanding of TUPE processes. Qualifications

  • Significant HR/People Business Partner experience with operational and strategic capabilities.
  • Experience in scaling or multi-site organisations, with knowledge of TUPE and change management.
  • Track record of delivering HR initiatives balancing business needs and employee experience.
