Lester Aldridge LLP is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team and act as a trusted advisor to some of our key practice areas. This is a high‑profile role where you’ll shape people strategy, drive performance, and champion a culture of excellence across the firm.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with practice areas to design and deliver tailored people plans
  • Guide leaders on performance, reward, talent, and organisational design
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters with confidence and care
  • Use data‑driven insights to inform decisions and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with specialists across L&D, Talent Attraction, Comms, and Operations
  • Champion initiatives in wellbeing, D&I, and engagement
  • Act as a change agent, helping embed strategic people projects across the firm
