Responsibilities

  • Deal with enquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with employees and clients.
  • Ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Process payroll as per requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients each payroll cycle.
  • Reconcile payments on a weekly basis.
  • Resolve payroll technical queries as necessary.
