𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: Senior Payments / Regulatory Lawyer

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 12 months, perm potential

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Lead global D2S regulatory strategy, license applications

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 10+ years experience, with expertise in payments regulation, domestic and cross-border funds transfers.

• Act as the single regulatory point of contact for Direct to Scheme (D2S), streamlining engagement and governance.
• Lead global D2S regulatory strategy, including Phase 2 planning and execution.
• Manage local regulatory advice for scheme connections
• Manage license application preparation, readiness assessments and guidance.
• Support regulator and scheme operator engagements.
• Consolidate obligations across schemes to optimize sequencing and leverage lessons learned.
• Coordinate with local counsel and compliance while owning all deliverables.
• Create global documentation for D2S regulatory strategy to ensure smooth transition post-contract.
