Role: Senior Medical Receptionist

Location: Corum 2, Corum Office Park, Crown Way, Warmley, Bristol. BS30 8FJ

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £28,463 per year

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a team of patient coordinators and to include the following
  • Produce a fair and consistent monthly rota
  • Sign off holidays in line with the business activity, ensuring adequate cover
  • Produce weekly plans for the week's medical record preparation
  • Be confident with absence reporting and completing return to work interviews
  • Conduct 3 months and 6 monthly probation reviews highlighting additional training requirements
  • Be involved in the appraisal process, preparation and delivery
  • Be confident in delivering one-to-one meetings and recording conversations in writing
  • Be involved in disciplinary and investigation meetings where required
  • Be trustworthy with the management of confidential information
  • Participate in the recruitment of new team members into the department
  • Act as trainer to new team members updating training manual
  • Hold regular team meetings
