Life on the team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Partner Manager in GMS Partner Management to lead and grow strategic partnerships that drive business growth, innovation and customer value. Responsible for developing long‑term relationships with our key partners, the role will primarily focus on managing our DLM partners who are essential to delivering the Computacenter DLM service offering and our flagship Workplace offering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner management, be a skilled negotiator, and be comfortable managing large volumes of complex rate cards and data.

What you’ll do
  • Serve as the focal point for managing DLM partners to ensure the development of the relationship in line with growth objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders both within CC and externally to understand requirements and deliver commercial solutions.
  • Work with the Sales teams to support the pre‑sales stage of bids and into transition and run.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key DLM partners and cultivate strong relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenter’s competitiveness and support growth.
  • Report to the Group Manager and establish personal milestones.

  • Achieve annual cost‑savings/avoidance targets.
