Qualifications

• Must be working towards Chartered status, ideally already Level 6 qualified.
• A minimum of 4 years Paraplanning experience.
• Confident proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated detailed knowledge of protection, pensions, investments and estate planning.
• Proficient in data analytics and advanced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player that understands success is achieved together.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wealth Managers in recommending suitable investment and retirement solutions.
• Research and prepare advice on protection products.
• Produce clear and detailed reports for clients.
• Act as First Line of Defence for client issues.
• Manage and plan workflow effectively.
• Interpret data and agree actions post meetings.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of agreed client actions.
• Develop relationships with product providers.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Deliver timely and accurate client information.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
