A global market intelligence provider is seeking a Legal Paralegal to support the legal operations of their Sustainability teams. This role involves drafting legal documents, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and streamline processes. The ideal candidate has over four years of experience in legal affairs and demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. The position requires at least two days of in-office work per week and offers comprehensive benefits.

About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09. The Team: In this role, you will support the Head of Commodity Insights (CI) Legal - Exchange, Market Relationships & Innovation in the Energy Transition, Sustainability & Services business line of S&P Global Commodity Insights, in supporting the Sustainable1 (S1) and Environmental Solutions teams in advising the organization on licensing, legal, regulatory, and related matters, including contract operations, development of best practices and governance, and project management. You will be a key partner to the Sustainable1 and Environmental Solutions businesses as well as to divisional legal, risk, compliance, commercial, product, and business colleagues (including senior management) in addressing ESG and Environmental Registry related matters. This role requires at least 2 days a week work from the office.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $109,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
