What will you be doing

We are looking for a Senior PA / QA Engineer to support the design, manufacture and verification of spaceflight hardware. You will ensure high‑quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts, participate in technical reviews, assess risks and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities will be :
  • Establish and maintain PA / QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments and technical boards for non‑conformances and anomalies.
  • Support materials, mechanical parts and process selection, including verification and contamination control.
  • Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre‑test, post‑test).
  • Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non‑conformances.
  • Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

Experience skills and qualifications required :

  • Mandatory space industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in PA / QA for regulated manufacturing, preferably spaceflight.
  • Knowledge of materials, mechanical parts and space hardware processes.
  • Experience in testing, verification and reporting.
  • Strong documentation and quality management skills.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Knowledge of spacecraft integration and assembly is advantageous.
