An innovative online fashion retailer is seeking a commercially minded Senior Paid Search Executive to join their growing digital team. Known for delivering accessible luxury and trend led collections, the brand has built a loyal global following across occasionwear, maternity, bridal and more. With new drops landing weekly and a strong influencer presence, this is a fast paced, creative environment where performance marketing plays a central role in driving growth.

This is a hands on role focused on managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across multiple territories. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Senior Paid Search Executive will be responsible for driving efficient traffic, acquiring new customers and contributing directly to sales performance. The role offers autonomy, variety and the chance to shape paid search strategy within a collaborative, data led team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and optimising paid search campaigns to meet performance targets and cost-of-sale goals
  • Supporting strategic direction across accounts and identifying opportunities for incremental growth
  • Analysing campaign performance and producing regular reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment across digital channels
  • Contributing to a test & learn learn culture, proposing new ideas and methodologies
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a paid search role, ideally within retail or fashion
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Experience managing budgets and working with third-party bidding or optimisation software
