A Vacancy at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Senior Paediatric Pharmacy Technician - Ward Services (Part time).
Part-time pattern: 9am-5.30pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (22.5 hours). 9am-5pm for rostered weekends and bank holidays. Late duty as per roster 9.30am-6pm.
The post is based in the Evelina London Children’s Hospital Pharmacy. You will be part of the ward based team, delivering pharmaceutical care to a diverse group of paediatric patients, and supporting the wider team to meet directorate targets in a structured environment.

The post is suitable for patient-focused technician with good interpersonal skills who are sensitive to the needs of the patients and their carers. You would require excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to work independently and be flexible to adapt to the changing service demands meeting deadlines. The role is embedded in the ward teams by supporting our nursing/medical and pharmacy teams to resolve medicines management issues.
