  • Communicate effectively, presenting information with professionalism, and maintaining a positive image of health and social care services.
  • Promote service user satisfaction by consistently seeking areas for improvement and addressing any poor practices.
  • Provide feedback to the management team and help develop decision-making skills by encouraging innovative thinking.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager on work allocation and closure, including authorising support plans.
