Busy Bees Leicester Oadby is rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 52 children. Opened in 2000, our purpose-built nursery is designed on one level, creating a welcoming, friendly, and happy environment for children. What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members
