Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a health care support worker within the NHS for a minimum of six months.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in training and supporting new staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and support to Registered Nurses.
  • Meet hygiene, continence, nutrition, and mobility needs.
  • Record patients' vital signs and escalate any changes.
  • Escort patients to departments such as x-ray and theatres.
  • Keep the department clean and restock supplies.
