Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues to ensure high availability
  • Provide hands-on support across routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud infrastructure
  • Lead technical troubleshooting calls and coordinate resolution efforts
  • Quickly understand the end-to-end network and application architecture
  • Work within an ITIL-aligned service management environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Networking
  • CCNP certified with strong L3 expertise; CCIE (R&S or DC) highly preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet routing and switching
  • Strong experience in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
  • Familiarity with Load Balancers (F5) and DNS/DHCP services
  • Knowledge of HPOV NNMi and Catalyst Center Infrastructure
  • Skilled in troubleshooting complex application and architecture issues
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure scenarios
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Technically mature, with a solid understanding of all key network domains, including routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud
  • Capable of quickly learning and adapting to global network architectures and services
  • Confident in leading technical discussions and incident resolution across global teams
  • Holds relevant certifications and demonstrates a commitment to ongoing development
