The Responsive Repairs Team plays a vital role in ensuring Lambeth’s housing stock is safe, well‑maintained, and responsive to residents’ needs. We deliver a high‑quality repairs service across thousands of homes, working closely with contractors, surveyors, and neighbourhood housing colleagues to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Our team is committed to continuous improvement, resident satisfaction, and collaborative working, supporting Lambeth’s ambition to provide excellent housing services that reflect our values of Equity, Ambition, Kindness, and Accountability.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving Lambeth’s housing stock. You will lead on complex surveying tasks, including diagnosing building defects, damp and mould issues, and structural concerns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards.
