Turner Property Recruitment proudly representing a modern, forward‑thinking property and construction consultancy, as they look to strengthen their London team with the addition of a Senior Monitoring Surveyor.

About the Role - Senior Monitoring Surveyor

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative team of 6, working closely with both the Project Management and Quantity Surveying teams on a wide variety of projects. The successful Senior Monitoring Surveyor will take on a varied workload, including bank monitoring and technical due diligence, while contributing to a broad portfolio of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, hotels, culture & heritage, residential, retail, sport, leisure and student accommodation, with most projects based across London & the South East.

In this role, the Senior Monitoring Surveyor will also play an active part in business development and support the senior management team with recruitment, training and networking.

This is an exciting chance to become a key member of a people‑focused, collaborative consultancy that offers genuine scope for continual professional growth and career progression.

About You - Senior Monitoring Surveyor
  • A relevant degree qualification
  • MRICS accreditation is preferred
  • Prior consultancy experience
  • Experience in fund or bank monitoring is essential
  • Background in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Building Surveying is welcomed
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and have a genuine interest in developing and leading a team
