A leading global medical products company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer MES to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems. This position requires over 5 years of experience in IT support and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in IT support, focusing on regulatory and Quality Solutions.
• Experience with MES platforms, specifically CMF and/or Apriso.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting software and system issues in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver second-line support for MES platforms, addressing incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and IT teams to resolve MES-related issues.
• Document support activities and participate in root cause analysis.
