• 5-8 years' experience in merchandising, ideally within fashion.
• Experience as a Senior Assistant Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser.
• Experience leading and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of the merchandising strategy.
• Conduct analysis of product performance to influence planning.
• Plan forward orders considering lead times and cash flow.
• Manage and develop Merchandise Admin Assistants.
• Build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
