Responsibilities

As our team continues to expand, we\'re excited to offer a Senior Mechanical Services Engineer an opportunity to join our Building Services team supporting on projects in the Life Science/ Industry sectors.

  • Manage and mentor a passionate and dedicated team of Engineers and Technicians
  • Produce calculations and design deliverables (including drawings, specifications, and reports)
  • Conduct site surveys and perform construction stage duties
  • Engage in client liaison and coordination with design/construction teams
  • Participate in project management and costing activities
Requirements

We are looking for people who:

  • Value quality and enjoy delivering technically excellent Mechanical services designs in the built environment, including HVAC and Public Health
  • Have experience delivering projects in the life science & industry sector (or transferable sector such as healthcare).
  • Competent in the design of Mechanical Building Services systems, including HVAC, black utilities, public health and building management systems, within the life science & industry sector (or transferable sector such as healthcare) covering clean rooms (BS EN ISO; cGMP) and containment laboratories (HSE ACDP; COSHH).
  • Understanding of commercial elements of projects.
