Job Description

A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a Head of Marketing, working to build a cohesive brand, drive growth, and maximise revenue.

The right candidate will be a dynamic marketer with the ability to run campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social, and email.

Location: Solihull (three days in office)

Salary : Up to £60,000 per annum

  • At least five years' experience in a multi-channel marketing role, with hands-on exposure to social media campaign management
  • Experience within an entertainment, consumer or lifestyle brand is preferable
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies spanning social, digital, and offline channels
  • Previous experience leading teams and managing marketing agencies is required
  • Ability to deliver high-profile branding, social-led campaigns, and partnership activations with major organisations
  • Strong understanding of social content performance, analytics, and how to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets successfully, ensuring ROI and efficiency
