The Role

Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive – Premium, Stadium Events & C&E to play a key role in marketing one of the world’s most exciting live sport and entertainment destinations.

Based at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, you’ll help deliver integrated marketing campaigns across an unrivalled calendar of events from major league football and the NFL London Games to globally renowned concerts, rugby games, boxing matches, and corporate events. With a strong focus on Premium Hospitality Experiences, you’ll work closely with leading international entertainment promoters such as Live Nation, AEG, Marshall Arts and many more, helping to bring world‑class events to life for audiences around the globe.

Working in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment, you’ll collaborate with specialist teams across marketing, digital, CRM, content, and commercial functions to drive awareness, generate demand, and create standout customer experiences across multiple channels.

About You
Campaign Planning & Delivery
  • Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for Major Events, including Premium Experiences across football and non‑football events, as well as Conference & Events
  • Own the day‑to‑day coordination and execution of agreed marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered on time, to brief, and in line with brand guidelines
  • Support the planning, maintenance, and delivery of the seasonal marketing calendar in line with key events and sales periods
  • Write clear and effective campaign briefs, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery across digital, CRM, content, and social channels
Creative & Content Management
  • Coordinate creative asset requests, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and messaging
  • Work closely with content and design teams to deliver engaging assets for email, web, paid media, and in‑venue use
  • Support the approval process for campaign activity and creative, coordinating internal and external stakeholders in line with agreed SLAs
  • Support the development and execution of influencer and content creator activity, helping to inform plans and deliver campaigns in line with brand objectives>\
, CRM & Performance
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are fully supported across paid and owned channels
  • Support the tracking, reporting, and analysis of campaign performance, using insight and data to inform optimisation and future activity
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and workflows using Monday.com and Trello
Stakeholder & Market Insight
  • Work collaboratively across the Commercial department and wider Club to ensure alignment and support for key campaigns
  • Support the reporting of campaign activity and performance to external stakeholders, including promoters, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Support relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies where required
  • Monitor competitor activity and wider market trends to inform creative and strategic thinking
Event Support
  • Attend events as required to support on‑site marketing activity and ensure campaign execution aligns with the live event experience
What you will bring
Essential
  • Experienced in a marketing role, ideally within premium/luxury hospitality, entertainment, events, leisure, sport, or a related commercial environment
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, websites, and paid media
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
  • Experience working in a venue, events, or premium hospitality environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, content management systems, and campaign planning tools
  • Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
  • An interest in live events, sport, and entertainment
  • Experience working with membership or subscription‑based models, including lead generation and performance analysis
