Overview

This is a role for a big-picture thinker who's just as comfortable getting hands-on. From shaping bold social strategies to creating partnerships that put Turtle Bay on the map, you'll be at the heart of campaigns that drive bookings, build our community, and make every guest feel part of the family. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and wider team, you'll lead on social media strategy, influencer activations, website content, app comms, CRM, and local marketing - making sure everything we put out there feels unmistakably Turtle Bay. We're looking for someone who's confident, creative, commercially sharp and bursting with ideas. You'll be a natural storyteller, know your way around both traditional and digital channels, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.   • Own and evolve our social media strategy, keeping us bold, relevant, and full of personality
  • Plan and direct shoots, create scroll-stopping content, and report on performance
  • Lead on community management and tone of voice across platforms
  • Influencers & Partnerships: Build relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners across food, drink, music, lifestyle, and travel
  • Deliver events, activations, and PR activity that get people talking about Turtle Bay
  • Website & SEO: Keep our website and digital menu fresh, optimised, and looking great
  • Create SEO-friendly content and track performance to maximise bookings
  • App & CRM: Plan and deliver app comms, offers, and campaigns
  • Build and send segmented CRM campaigns with engaging copy and creative
  • Track performance and continually optimise for growth
  • Local Marketing & PR: Be the first point of contact for restaurant teams, supporting with marketing ideas and tools
  • Help bring local events and partnerships to life
  • Share best practice across the business
Role What It Looks Like
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible to business needs
  • Days: Typically, Monday-Friday, but some evenings/weekends for events may pop up
  • Where: Based at our Bristol Head Office (at least 4 days in office) with occasional travel to sites
  • Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager
  • Development: Regular check-ins to support your growth, KPIs, and training
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role
  • Experience of stakeholder management and building strong relationships
  • Experience of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including campaign management to drive sales and guest engagement
  • A flair for storytelling and creativity across social, digital and traditional channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in copywriting for multiple platforms
  • Experience planning and delivering campaigns from concept to execution
  • An understanding of how to measure and analyse activity performance - with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management skills, keeping campaigns on track and on time
