The successful candidate will manage environmental studies across various sectors including subsea cables and offshore renewables. A degree or masters in environmental sciences is required, along with skills in project management and environmental assessments. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Experience in preparing successful tender submissions is desired.

• Professional Chartership is an additional advantage.

ABOUT YOU

As the Marine Environmental Consultant, you will be undertaking and managing a range of environmental studies, including EIA, SEA and HRA. It will be varied, across a portfolio of projects and sectors including subsea cables, offshore renewables, and oil and gas - ensuing consultancy solutions that are sustainable, as we transition to a low carbon future.

Required skills and experience

• Degree/Masters in a relevant discipline (environmental sciences or similar)
• Skilled in ornithology, underwater sound, marine ecology, marine mammals or fish and shellfish assessments
• Demonstratable project management and client account experience
• Track record of liaison with regulators and other stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience delivering consenting and environmental assessment solutions in the marine energy / industry sectors
• Strong technical, analytical, organisational and communication skills.
