Qualifications

• Established experience in designing & deploying manufacturing process solutions for high volume production.
• Confidence and ability to challenge / respond to technical / process issues.
• Ability to take ownership of a work package; planning and scheduling own workload and the work of others.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team.
• Ability to create technical documentation and presentation.
• Understand Quality & Equipment Safety standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of multiple phases of the Product Life Cycle and the associated processes.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones.
• Provide guidance on product quality issues within the production process.
• Support production to enable product confirmation, containment, and rework activity.
• Collaborate across the Operations team to achieve best practice.
