Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of process optimisation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Champion a culture of health & safety and operational excellence.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Manage capital investment projects.
