We are working with a highly reputable national law firm based in various locations including Manchester, Bristol, Southampton, Plymouth, and Exeter for a Senior / Managing Associate to join their Employment team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an innovative Employment team, advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. The role includes handling employment tribunal claims, providing advice on employee relations, and supporting transactional work for clients across sectors such as retail and consumer, private equity development, and energy and infrastructure.

The solicitor will work collaboratively with the firm’s various offices, playing an active role in business development, while also strengthening existing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Strong employment law background;
• Advisory and litigation experience;
• Experience liaising with clients;
• Strong team player;
• Commercial awareness;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
