The UK Wholesale Marketing team is responsible for communicating the extensive range of Fidelity's investment capabilities and solutions to UK advisers, insurance companies, direct-to-consumer platforms, banks, and wealth managers. In close collaboration with our sales and investment colleagues, the marketing team designs media campaigns, provides detailed product information, develops market insights, and brings investments to life through educational content. Our goal is to communicate a clear and compelling narrative, utilising the most effective and suitable marketing mediums and channels.

In this role you will work closely with marketing colleagues and senior stakeholders from sales and investment to shape promotional activity and campaigns which support the UK Wholesale business channel.
By understanding customer journeys through owned, earned and paid channels, you will be responsible for building impactful and effective marketing programmes that strike the right balance between maximising immediate commercial opportunities and franchise building over the longer term.
This will include working alongside sales colleagues to manage the account plans of several strategic distribution partners across the UK, with specific responsibility for ensuring marketing requirements are fulfilled effectively.
Recognising your experience of the intermediary market, you will be a key marketing contact for these distribution partners. As such, you will understand the available opportunities to reach the members of these firms through marketing channels and develop and deliver impactful communications which are aligned to our sales goals for each business.
Your plans will be measurable, and by continuously seeking improvement and greater efficiency in utilising the marketing budget and resources, you will proactively develop and optimise promotional strategies and contact approaches for our various client segments.
You will also brief and manage ongoing relationships with agencies and vendors supporting delivery of planned activity, including effective service level evaluation.
You will oversee the management of production and maintenance of marketing output, ensuring that all programmes and materials adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
We seek a candidate who can demonstrate strong technical expertise in marketing investment products, encompassing audience segmentation, media planning, creative development, copywriting, agency management, and performance measurement.
With a passion for both communication and investment markets, you will possess the ability to understand diverse information and distil it into key messages, effective client content, and successful campaigns.
You are resilient, capable of managing and prioritising multiple objectives and demands on your time.
Confident in working with colleagues at all levels within our organisation and our agency partners, you will have the ability to influence others and develop supportive, productive working relationships.
