A leading financial services organization in London seeks a Sustainability Officer to evolve their strategy on human rights and modern slavery management. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves project coordination and internal capacity building in line with regulations. Strong knowledge of sustainability legislation and excellent project management skills are essential for this role.
Role Purpose and Impact: This role contributes to LSEG’s ambition to be a strategic enabler of sustainable growth. Working in the Group Sustainability team, the role plays a critical part in discrete programmes of LSEG’s sustainability strategy. It is central to LSEG’s development of its human rights approach and will lead on our preparations to meet the requirements of the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
