• Membership of a recognised professional body such as APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with project controls methodologies and tools such as Earned Value Management.
• Multi‑sector industry experience.
