ROLE SUMMARY: This role will coordinate the governance of the multiyear obsolescence remediation program across engineering teams. The role will also ensure governance for one or more streams of obsolescence remediation programs, lead all aspects of the evolution of strategic and tactical remediation initiatives, and support technology sustainability, operational resilience and compliance across the infrastructure estate. You will work closely with architecture, platform and delivery teams to keep components current, supported and aligned with strategic roadmaps, driving proactive modernization and reducing technical debt. The role requires strong engagement with CIOs and their teams, Program Directors, Engineering 1LOD, and 2LOD Risk teams. The program is phased; the first year focuses on executing the agreed scope while defining future scope and planning. This is a multiyear program requiring ongoing governance of the complete scope across years.
